Majhis have coped with marginal resources in the Neoliberal economic context and are facing many problems. This article focuses on Majhi people their livelihood transformation from traditional occupation. The main objectives of this study to explore present condition Baglung how they got into profession. adopts qualitative data based observations, case studies, in-depth interviews through primary secondary sources literature review. They usually change occupations boating, selling firewood, gold mining, fishing. There forced livelihoods due globalization. Modern means transportation limited income insufficient fulfill basic needs. face social, economic, physical difficulties daily lives.
